The Texas Public Policy Foundation stands as a unique build-to-suit office building nestled at 9th and Congress Ave. in downtown Austin. Throughout its construction, careful attention was paid to preserve and restore historic facades, preserving the area's rich heritage. The facility encompasses an auditorium/sound stage, offices, meeting spaces, and a custom-designed roof terrace and banquet room tailored to the needs of the Texas Public Policy Foundation—a renowned political think tank. SixthRiver provided comprehensive architectural and interior design services, blending elements of the past with contemporary technology to create a cohesive and forward-thinking design.
