The building features commercial space and community amenities for students on the ground floor, while offering 207 modern student apartments comprising 798 beds. These residences are distributed across distinct components: an eight-story low-rise section facing Columbus Avenue, a 16-story mid-rise section on Coventry Street, and a central 20-story high-rise section on Burke Street. Connecting the mid-rise and high-rise portions is a glazed narrow bridge, enhancing transparency and visual cohesion between the two segments.
