SixthRiver was chosen to provide interior design services for a corporate office tenant located on the 16th floor of 405 Colorado, a first-generation office building in Downtown Austin. The design vision aimed to create a warm, classic, inviting, and comfortable environment, incorporating dark accents, tailored patterns, mixed wood tones, and black metals. Notable features include a conference room with a hidden door seamlessly integrated into the blonde wood slat wall and ceiling. The program encompasses five private offices, an open office area, flexible space, a large conference room, a break room, a work room, a mother’s room, a small meeting room, and a reception area.
