SixthRiver provided interior design services for Newmark's first-generation lease space at the Walsh Tarlton Overlook. The design aimed to cultivate a dynamic environment that embodies the intersection of global and local cultures inherent to Newmark. Rather than solely focusing on Austin culture, the design uniquely integrates elements inspired by the local geography and landscape. This concept is exemplified by the reception feature wall, which evokes the convergence of local rivers, bridges, and the greenbelt.
