Transforming Kendra Scott's brand from its humble beginnings into a new, international corporate identity was a top priority. The key principle guiding the design was to foster openness and accessibility for all employees, vendors, and visitors. Floor-to-ceiling windows envelop the office, promoting a sense of connection with the surroundings. Kendra Scott advocates for a healthy work-life balance, evident in amenities such as a spacious café offering food, beverages, snacks, and a juice bar. The space also features a training center for professional and personal development, sit-to-stand workstations, a fitness center, an outdoor terrace, and full shower and locker room facilities to support exercise and wellness. These elements are brought to life through a design that is both light-filled and sophisticated.
