The Next Practice Group enlisted Sixthriver to revamp a split-level property into a collaborative workspace, spanning both interior and exterior renovations. This comprehensive overhaul included crafting a new building envelope, optimizing access points, enhancing security with updated gates, introducing covered parking and entry points, and revitalizing existing covered areas into an inviting patio adorned with an open trellis structure. This project aimed to marry functionality with aesthetics, catering to the collective's ethos of collaboration, resource-sharing, and fostering creativity. The objective was to cultivate an environment that not only sparked constant inspiration but also met diverse practical requirements aligned with their service offerings.
